Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors. Guests will have full access to the premises and the beach/waterfront during the festivities. Guests will not be allowed on the river boat during the event.
We ask that guests wear semi formal attire. Gentlemen think suit jacket, dress shirt, and dress pants; ladies think little black dress, blouse with a skirt, or a dressy jumpsuit.
Our ceremony will be a device-free event; we want our guests to be in the moment with us. We've hired a photographer and videographer to capture the entire event; we are happy to provide guests pictures, upon request.
Yes, both our ceremony and reception will be an adult only event; with the exception of four members of our bridal party. We want parents to enjoy a night out by themselves.
No, a cash bar will be open during cocktail hour following the ceremony and the reception.
For guests that have chosen to book a stay with the Hampton Inn in Auburn, check in is at 4pm. But wait...isn't the ceremony at 3pm? Yes, if you are not checking-in on Friday night, you have a few options available to you day of:
A shuttle bus will arrive at approximately 2:00pm. It will make multiple trips to the venue.
After the reception, return shuttle service will start at 8:45pm
Shuttle service is only available at the Hampton Inn in Auburn MA.
Yes, parking is available onsite at the venue. No overnight parking is allowed. We encourage guests to drink responsibly or book a stay at the Hampton Inn and utilize the shuttle service provided by the bride and groom.
The venue is accessible by wheelchair. The lower banquet hall entrance is closest to our ceremony space and will be the main entrance for our event. Additionally, there will be signage and ushers to direct folks where to go.
There will be a designated smoking/vaping area outside near the ceremony and reception space, this does not include the beach/waterfront. Smoking or vaping indoors or on any other part of the premises may result in guests being asked to leave the event by the venue.
